kayjayohBiked to the store tonight to obtain bread and cheese, and while I was there I found asparagus on sale for half off. Took them home and steamed them, and had them for dinner along with some sauteed baby bella mushrooms on a sourdough baguette. For desert I had some Schoep's ice cream.
Not only was it an excellent meal, but I ate my vegetables, yo!
